In this organization, I had the opportunity to work in several teams, of which there were always teams consisting of 5 programmers. From the very beginning of my cooperation with this company, my task was to develop existing software, consisting of about 100, 120 components in total (this was the beginning of my cooperation) and about 250 components when I left the company. All these components were used to sustain and maintain unpaid loans information and share this data with banks, government organizations and others.
Throughout the entire period of my cooperation with KRD, I had the opportunity to develop existing software as well as maintain existing and correct errors found. In the process of software development, it was important to meet with the business (internal) customer and respond to his requirements. Sometimes the implementation of a given solution was related to the change of existing elements of the system and transfer of responsibility from one point to another. At such moments, it was important to design the structure and connections between the elements of the system.
Both the implementation of new solutions and changes in existing ones could trigger unexpected behavior of the entire system, therefore before the work started, as a team, we always had a session of elaboration, valuation and design change. After the implementation of the changes, our task was to test them so that the solution was 100% tested by both us, the programmers and the testers team.
During my nearly 4-year cooperation, I had the opportunity to support the organization not only with my programming and analytical skills, but also knowledge and skills in the field of time and team management.
