After a few months of vacation and working on my blog, it was time to get back to work. This time an interesting project appeared which is being developed, among others, in Wrocław – besides in the USA, Spain, and Norway. The main assumption of the project is to support the management of a university in any place in the world. It is called U4SM – from Unit4 Student Management. The application is designed to carry out the candidate through the recruitment funnel, assign it to appropriate courses, collect information on the subject of allergies, data specific to different religions and financial situation, and many more.

On the basis of the information gathered, the system generates appropriate alerts and instructions for the university staff, so as to best serve the students. An additional application option is an integration with the Business World application – a modern ERP system created also by Unit4.

In the entire software development process, together with the team, we create documentation, participate in business and technical analysis and, of course, implement changes in the system and test them after implementation.
